‘An Evening with Itzhak Perlman’ is an intimate multi-media evening of music and storytelling featuring Perlman sharing anecdotes from his life and career and performing with his longtime pianist Rohan De Silva.
The program will receive its world premiere on May 11, 2019 in Kansas City at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts’s Helzberg Hall, presented by the Harriman-Jewell Series. The performance, which will mark Perlman’s 12th appearance for the Harriman-Jewell Series since 1971, is sold out.
A tour of the program will commence in the 2019/20 season. Tour dates include:
